59 year old Sylvia attempting her maxes in the squat, bench and deadlift. Still a long way to go but considering she had never touched a weight until a few months ago, she has made fantastic progress.
Squat – 50kg, 57.5kg, 60kg
Bench – 30kg, 35kg
Deadlift – 85kg, 90kg (didn’t get it due to lowering the bar on the ascent just below the knees)
